The quote form collects your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, requested coverage and term, age, sex used for underwriting, tobacco or nicotine use, and self-reported general health. The calculator may also provide a suggested coverage amount.
The site also saves partial entries automatically once a first name and phone number have been entered, including available coverage and profile answers. This can happen when you leave a field, switch away from the page, or close it, before you submit the form or check the contact consent box. Partial entries are kept separately from completed requests.
We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic, advertising performance, and interactions with the site. Campaign information and a randomly generated lead identifier may be stored in your browser. Scheduling uses Calendly.
We use this information to respond to your quote request, to reach out by phone, text, and email about term life insurance options, and to schedule a call if you request one. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information with the service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you, including: Google (form processing and email), our SMS provider, Calendly (scheduling), and Primerica Life Insurance Company as part of the insurance quoting and application process, where applicable. Microsoft Clarity processes interaction data for site analytics. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives browser tracking data and may receive hashed contact identifiers and conversion events through our server-side integration to match and measure advertising outcomes. Hashing does not make contact identifiers anonymous.
Program: Vennen Life Insurance Quote Follow-Up. This program sends text messages related to term life insurance quotes requested through this website, including confirmation of your request, scheduling reminders for a call with Aric Vennen, and follow-up messages if we haven't yet connected.
Our quote form has a single consent checkbox. By checking it, you agree to be contacted by Aric Vennen by phone call, text message, and email about your quote request, including automated texts and marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing insurance. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask to stop calls or emails at any time by contacting us using the information below.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We retain lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, and comply with insurance industry recordkeeping obligations.
